Securing your appointment
Card details are required to secure an appointment through the booking system. You are not charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the appointment price.
No-shows
No-shows may be charged 50% of the appointment price.
